The Latest...

Last week was week #2 of Home Preschool @ the McLain's! We learned our shapes this week and also graduated POTTY TRAINING school!!! Praise GOD!!!! Mommy is happy about that one! This week's lesson include learning how to identify the letter "A" and to write the number one. Lots of fun activities planned including painting with apples (for A)! Then on Thursday, we are going to Nana & Papa's and the beach!!!! YAY!!!!

Last week, I told you we were being "shown" for a baby due in October. That birth mother has still not made a decision. We also got a call on Friday for 2 more situations. One we chose to turn down because of some special circumstances that would have allowed the baby's birth mother to revoke her decision until finalization (which could be months away, meaning we could parent this child for months and then lose her). The other we said "yes" to and this baby is due this week. We will know if we were "chosen" for this one on Monday or Tuesday. The baby is due on Wednesday. We are just trusting that God will open or close the doors as He sees fit. We'll keep you posted!
